I took my two grand daughters to Chicago and the citypass was a bargin. We went to all five attractons,walked right in and enjoyed everything.I've told everyone that they MUST get a citypass if they really want to see the best for the least $.

The tour is interesting, but if you don´t speak english well you have to take care about the tour guide because in my case I had to come back the hotel by walking. The tour guide gone whitout me. Very bad.

We did the Grand Tour of North & South Chicago plus the Hancock Tower. Recommend it highly! Very knowledgeable driver. He took us as close as possible to Wrigley Field and President Obama's neighborhood. Enjoyed stops at Lincoln Field and by the Museum Campus. Very efficient use of time. Express pass to Hancock Tower was so nice...the views were incredible!

The Architectural River tour was excellent but the bus tour was not. You should not have a bus driver to be a tour guide at the same time especially that the guy we had had a terrible diction.

Drivers spoke too fast, because they have to drive and to show many things at the same time. We suggest to use a system that we normally have in Europe with individual headphones for each passenger in different languages with the explanation previously recorded and on time with eache place. e.g. irrelevant the stop where you take the bus. They should understand that they have not only tourist from USA and they need to avoid local expressions. The last day the timetable of the trolley was really bad ,due to some problems with the previous ones. In fact they were overloaded with different people waiting in different stops. We have to wait 20 minutes seating in the trolley untill de departure and also to wait untill a complementary bus arrives to one of the stop. The guide was always gently. On the other hand the offices of Gray Line at the Palmer House Hotel were difficult to find. They are in the middle of a gift shop of the hotel, without any signal to show where they are.
